该装置是采用一套分别设在矿井斜巷上、下山变坡点处的上、下侧两组阻车器与绞车开关电气闭锁、相互之间气动机械联锁的防跑车自动联锁防护装置。

This equipment is a set to be located separately on the slanting lane of mine pit, in the changes point place, on the two blocked vehicle both sides and the winch switch electricity block system, between the pneumatic machinery interconnection and self-blocking protective equipment mutually.
