The heating energy consumption of urban public buildings is large at present, and the energy-conserving potentiality is great. This text has carried on the feasibility analysis of the public buildings with energy-conserving heating. It,should implement the heating meterage in the public buildings, coordinate the relations of the time of heating normally and the time of standby heating, and regulate outside networking of heating in 24 hours. It will make public buildings energy-conservation and verse money, and promote the building energy-conservation of the whole society.
