摘要
设计了一种CMOS三级跨阻抗前置放大器,通过控制开环系统增益达到增加闭环系统稳定性的目的。仿真结果表明,传输速率为25Gb/s时该前置放大器的灵敏度-25.2dBm,动态范围26.2dB,相位裕度在41.1度至89.9度之间变化,稳定性较高。
A three-stage trans-impedance amplifier designed in CMOS technology is presented, which stability can be promoted by varying the gain of open loop system. Sensitivity of -25.2 dBm and dynamic range of 26.2 dB at 2.SGb/s are achieved without stability problems for the phase margin between 41.1 to 89.9 degree.
