摘要
目的探讨双氯灭痛注射剂治疗多种原因发热的临床疗效。方法将临床症状有发热的180例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组Ⅰ和对照组Ⅱ各60例,治疗组用双氯灭痛注射剂1mg/kg肌注,对照组Ⅰ用安痛定2ml肌注,对照组Ⅱ用柴胡注射液2ml肌注,观察时间为1h。结果治疗组比对照组症状明显消失快,P<0.01。结论双氯灭痛注射治疗多种原因发热的疗效确切,时间短,见效快,费用低,副作用少。
Objective To observe the efficacy of diclofenac sodium on treating fever of different reasons. Methods 180 patients with fever were divided randomly into three groups. The treatment group （n = 60 ） were treated with diclofenac sodium 1 mg/kg im, the control group 1（ n = 60 ） were treated with antondine 2ml im , while the control group Ⅱ （ n = 60 ） were with radix bupleuri injection 2ml im. Result During 1 h observation,the symptom of treatment group disappeared faster than that of control groups （P 〈 0.01 ）, Conclusion Diclofenac sodium has a definite efficacy in treating fever of efficacy with lower cost and lesser adverse effect.
