摘要
通过对Solid Edge钣金件展开的补偿量的分析,提供了两种Solid Edge钣金件展开长度补偿量自定义方法。并通过对钣金件展开长度计算的理论分析,推导出符合实际工程要求的计算公式,并应用于Solid Edge钣金展开长度的自动补偿计算中。使Solid Edge钣金件的展开计算实现了自动化,提高了钣金模板的使用效率。
This article provides two customized methods for Solid Edge sheet metal bending compensation by analyzing the sheet metal unfolding bends for Solid Edge. Based on the theory analysis on bending allowance, we provide the calculated formula to the fiat pattern length of bending features and use it in the Solid Edge Sheet Metal application. Automatization on the fiat pattern length bending features comes true and enhances the efficiency of sheet metal module in Solid Edge.
