摘要
为了提高铝活化性能以及降低铝的腐蚀,用电化学方法研究了甲醇、丙三醇的碱性有机体系以及在该体系中加入添加剂K2MnO4和Na2SnO3对铝阳极(99.999%)电化学行为的影响,结果表明:‘4mol/LKOH甲醇+40%H2O’体系对抑制铝腐蚀和提高铝阳极活性的作用都很大。添加5mmol/LNa2SnO3在‘4mol/LKOH甲醇+40%H2O’体系中,主要作用是大幅度提高了铝的活性,甚至超过了4mol/LKOH水溶液体系,同时降低了铝腐蚀。
To improve corrosion rates and activation properties of aluminum, effects of carbinol, glycerin alkaline organic solution and additives (K2MnO4, Na2SnO3) on electrochemical behaviors of aluminum anode (99.999%) have been carried out by using electrochemical methods. It has been shown that activation properties and corrosion rates of aluminum are largely improved by'4mol/LKOH-carbinol+40%H2O'. Furthermore, it has been found that activation properties of aluminum sharply increase when 5mmol/L Na2SnO3 being added into'4mol/LKOH-carbinol+40%H2O' solution.
