摘要
高效提取青蒿素工艺是深入研究和应用青蒿的关键。本文以超声波强化石油醚提取青蒿素工艺为基础,对影响青蒿素提取多项因素进行研究。结果发现在该工艺中,原料60目,溶剂量60ml,超声波强度80W,超声波作用时间20min,搅拌温度50℃、搅拌速度800r/min和提取时间2h,可获得较高效率的青蒿素。
An effective extraction process is taken play in investigation and application of Artemisia anuna. We studied the major parameters effecting on extraction of artemisinin in ultrasonic wave. The results show that leaf of Artemisia anuna broken into pieces in 60 mesh, 60 ml of the solvent, 80 watts of ultrasonic wave, pre-treating time 20 minutes, velocity of stir 800r/min under 50℃, and extraction time 2 hours, it is better in the extracting of artemisinin in the process.
