摘要
水泵轴连轴承失效形式主要为:心轴断裂,心轴滚动表面、外圈沟(滚)道表面、滚动体表面的磨损和疲劳剥落及密封失效。针对其主要失效形式,对轴承的内部几何形状及保持架和密封结构进行了改进。
Main failure modes of automobile water pump bearings are： breakage of shaft, wear and fatigue flaking of rolling contact surfaces. Aimed at main failure modes, the internal geometry of bearing and the structure of cage and seal are improved.
