新疆循环经济发展的实证分析

Empirical Analysis of Circular Economy in Xinjiang

本文通过借鉴国内学者评价循环经济发展水平的研究成果,结合新疆的具体情况,运用循环经济发展评价指标体系,一方面从动态的角度分析了新疆循环经济总体发展的趋势及存在的问题;另一方面从静态的角度,对新疆区域循环经济发展水平进行了评价,并在此基础上提出了一些新疆发展循环经济的对策和建议。

Based on the achievements made by domestic researchers to the circular economy, combining with the actual situations in Xinjiang, using the index system of circular economy development, this paper analyses the trend of general circular economic development and problems in Xinjiang from dynamic point of view. And at the same time, it also evaluates the development level of the regional circular economy in Xinjiang from static point view. Finally, it advances some suggestions and solutions to the development of the circular economy in Xinjiang.
