摘要
通过对一起空压机后冷却器温度异常事故分析,论证了后冷却器发生温度异常的可能性。通过对事故后设备材料进行的金属材料力学性能试验和筒体应力计算,针对发生温度异常事故后的后冷却器能否继续使用的问题阐述了自己的观点,提出避免后冷却器温度升高的措施和建议以及正确使用后冷却器的方法。
In this paper,the possibility that the rear cooler temperatare become abnormal was demon strated through an accident analysis about an abnormal temperature phenomena of an air compressor cooler. Throuqh. The test on the mechanics performance of the metal material after the accident happened and the calcalation of the shell stress,According to the rear cooler whether or not can be continused to use after an accident occured, adopted precaution measure and suggestion about avoiding temperature increase of the rear cooler as well as the method how to correctly use the rear cooler.
