摘要
结合集装箱港口提高装卸效率的现实需求,分析了传统集卡调度模式的不足,提出了一种新的面向作业面的动态集卡调度模式。针对动态调度中最复杂的单集卡多作业路选择工况,运用多目标模糊决策算法和层次分析法对其进行了研究,并结合算例阐明了最优工作路选择的过程。
To meet the needs of improving the efficiency of container terminal handle and taken into consideration disadvantages of conventional container truck dispatch rules, a new dynamic container truck dispatch rule facing task plane is set up. Research is carried out on the solutions of container truck optimization task route, using multi - objective fuzzy decision and analytic hieratchy process method. An example of task route choice is given as well.
