摘要
专家推荐可以有效地解决企业中隐性知识获取的问题。基于知识的分众分类信息,提出了无需构建企业专家数据库和专家地图的专家推荐算法,并对算法实现中的关键问题进行了分析。
The problem of tacit knowledge acquisition could be resolved effectively by employing methods of expert recommendation. Based on folksonomy of knowledge, an algorithm of expert recommendation with no expert base and expert map is proposed. Meanwhile key issues about the realization of the algorithm are analyzed.
