基于虚拟产业集群的高新区产业发展与创新研究

A Study of the Hi-tech Industrial Development and Innovation Based on Virtual Industry Clusters

高新区在我国经济社会发展中起着重要的推动作用,产业发展与创新是高新区实现再次腾飞的基础。在产业集群和虚拟企业概念的基础上,比较分析了二者的区别与联系,认为虚拟产业集群是二者协同发展的创新形式,是高新区发展的重要选择;最后,提出了高新区培育虚拟产业集群的途径。

Hi - tech development zone plays an important role in the national economy. The industrial development and innovation is crucial to the development of hi - tech zones. By comparing the differences and relations between industrial cluster （ IC ） and virtual enterprise （VE）, we put forward that virtual industry clusters （VIC） is an innovative mode for the synergy of IC and VE, and is an important choice for the industrial development and innovation of hi - tech zone. Meanwhile, advantages and approaches of VIC are discussed.
