物流系统柔性能力研究现状与展望 被引量:7

摘要 随着经济发展和环境不确定性程度的增加,柔性成为物流系统必备的能力。首先从概念、类型和度量方法等方面回顾了柔性的一般性研究成果,然后介绍了与物流系统柔性能力研究相关的研究内容,提出了物流系统柔性能力研究的基本框架,分析了物流系统不确定性类型,指出了物流系统柔性能力实现的3个层面和柔性服务能力的2种外在体现。 With the development of economy and the increasing uncertainty of environment, flexibility has become an essential part of logistics system. In this paper, a review on flexibility is first provided from the perspectives of definition, classification and measurement of flexibility. After presenting the framework of flexibility in logistics system, we analyzed the types of uncertainty of logistics system and provided possible means for the implementation of flexibility in logistics system and the expression of flexible service capability.
