硬性透氧性隐形眼镜矫正LASEK或LASIK术后不规则散光的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察RGP在矫正LASEK或LASIK术后不规则散光方面的临床效果。方法48例(52眼)LASIK术后4个月和LASEK术后6个月有3.0~6.0D的近视残留或回退同时伴有1.0D以上不规则散光,经综合验光无法达到术前最佳矫正视力的患者,验配RGP后,分别于1周,1个月,3个月,6个月测量其矫正视力和配适情况及角膜结膜有无损伤和病变。结果52眼配带RGP视力均达到术前最佳矫正视力,其中37眼较术后综合验光结果视力提高3行,15眼提高2行。结论配带RGP能有效矫正LASIK或LASEK手术后的不规则散光问题,提高矫正视力,优化视觉质量。
