有机锰与有机铬对肉鸡生长性能、屠体性状及脂质代谢的影响 被引量:13

Effect of Supplemental Organic Manganese or Chromium on Growth Performance,Carcass Traits and Dynamic Lipid Metabolism Indexes in Broilers

摘要 选用1日龄健康艾维茵肉仔鸡360只,随机分为9组,采用3×3(铬×锰)2因子3水平重复交叉试验设计,在玉米-豆粕型日粮基础上补充不同水平有机锰(以锰计:0,60,120 mg/kg)与有机铬(以铬计:0,400,600μg/kg),以饲喂基础日粮组为对照组,研究锰与铬2种微量元素对肉鸡生长性能、屠体性状以及3,5,7周末血清中总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、葡萄糖(Glu)、总蛋白(TP)、总氨基酸(TAA)及尿素氮(BUN)等脂质代谢指标动态变化的影响,初步探讨二者的互作效应。结果表明:添加锰、铬及其互作对肉鸡生长性能及屠体性状影响不显著;添加120 mg/kg锰或400μg/kg铬或二者互作对各阶段肉鸡脂肪代谢指标均表现显著互作效应(P<0.05或P<0.01),有显著降低肉鸡脂肪沉积的趋势;锰与铬互作显著改善蛋白质代谢(P<0.05或P<0.01)。 The effects of organic manganese (0, 60 and 120 mg/kg) and organic chromium (0, 400 and 600 g/kg) supplementation to the corn-soybean basal diets on the growth performance and serum concentration of TC, TG, Glu, TP, TAA and BUN in the lipid metabolism of broilers were investigated estigated. The results were as follows: supplemental manganese or chromium had no significant effects on growth performance and carcass traits of broilers(P〉0.05). Supplemental 120mg/kg manganese or 400 μg/kg chromium or manganese and chromium conbination had significant interaction effects on all indexes in lipid metabolism of broilers (P〈0.05 or 0.01) that showed a tendency to reduce fat deposition. The interaction between manganese and chromium had significant effects on all indexes of protein metabolism (P〈0.05 or 0.01), that showed significant interaction effects on the protein metabolism.
