摘要
笔者在调研的基础上,分析北京老字号企业——“内联升”经营管理的现状及存在的问题,同时提出今后发展的对策。通过对“内联升”发展之路的研究,得出“内联升”的发展是一条不断改革之路,是一条有自身特色的创新之路;老字号企业得以生存发展,应当将历史基业与现代经营相契合。
