摘要
应用ANSYS软件系统建立了交流电磁场检测(ACFM)探头激励线圈数值模型,研究了不同几何形状的ACFM探头激励线圈的感应磁场以及工件表面的感应电流分布,确定了激励电流与激励线圈结构的定性、定量关系。根据优化的激励线圈,在工件表面得到符合要求的均匀交变电流,从而为探头的研发提供了科学依据。通过对比分析可知,工件表面感应电流的均匀区域与激励线圈水平段的长度存在定量关系。
A digital models of inducer coils of alternating current field measurement(ACFM) probe was presented using ANSYS system. The electromagnetic fields caused by different shape inducer coils and the induced current distribution on the surface of workpiece were investigated, and the qualitative relationship and the quantitative relationship between the shapes of inducer coils and induced uniform alternating current were determined. It is shown that the induced uniform current on the surface of workpiece can be induced by optimization of the shape and size of inducer coils, which provides a good way to develop ACFM probe. It can be concluded from digital analysis results that the uniform zone of surface induced current of workpiece has the quantitative relationship with the length of horizontal part of inducer coils.
