摘要
通过典型工程介绍和数据统计,回顾了国内建筑钢结构的发展现状,并从焊接方法、设备、焊接技术和焊接检测等几个方面介绍了各项新技术在建筑钢结构焊接中的应用。在焊接技术中主要介绍了高强钢焊接技术、低温焊接技术、厚钢板焊接技术、铸钢及铸钢节点的焊接技术、组合楼板栓钉穿透焊技术等内容,在检测技术方面着重介绍了旋转磁场磁粉探伤技术、薄壁大曲率管节点相贯焊缝的超声波探伤技术、超声波相控阵和TOFD检测技术。
In this paper we have reviewed the development situation of domestic construction steel structure through typical engineering and statistics.h also introduced the use of new technology in welding of construction steel structure from several respects,such as welding processes ,welding apparatus, and detection of welding defects.In welding techniques, it emphasize on the welding technique of high strength steel,welding technique in minus temperature condition,welding technique of large thickness steel plate,welding technique of casting steel and deck stud welding technique.In detection of welding defects technique,it emphasize on the technique of magnetic particle testing with rotational field, ultrasonic testing on tubular weld connections and the technique of phase control and TOFD in ultrasonic detection.
