摘要 为了研究水生生物毒性试验方法在工业废水监测和管理上的应用,通过对辽宁省重点工业源废水进行鱼类、发光菌、蚕豆根尖的生物毒性试验研究。试验结果表明,工业废水和污染物的排放量、生物毒性监测指标及综合生物毒性指数间存在着密切的关系。应该对这些重点企业废水采取进一步的治理措施,否则会影响地表水环境质量及水生生物的生存。 In order to study the application of toxicity tests with aquatic organisms in monitoring and management of industrial waste water, biological toxicity tests were conducted on Brachydanio rerio, luminescent bacteria and Vicia faba of the sources of industrial waste water in Liaoning. The results indicate that biotoxicity indices, effluent volume of industrial waste water and pollutants have close relations. The biological toxicity of the typical industrial waste water should particularly be paid more attention to and pollution-control measures should be taken, otherwise, it will affect degradation of the water ouality and aquatic biosafety.
