广西公路运输建设问题和隐性重复建设问题研究

Study on Highway Transport and It's Implicit Repeated Construction in Guangxi

广西近年来公路建设有了长足的发展,但是存在的问题也比较多,主要表现在:重视新公路、高等级公路建设,轻视原有老公路和低等级公路的建设;公路运输建设成就是以牺牲内河运输原有优势为代价的等。广西近年建设中的另一个突出问题是隐性重复建设,这不仅反映在交通运输业的建设上,也反映在其他经济建设方面。就上述问题产生的原因,作者做了分析并提出了解决的措施。

Highway construction has had great development in Guangxi in resent years. However, some existing problems are manifested in the following aspects： attaching more importance to the construction of the new road and the superhighway while fewer to the old and the low - grade highway; the construction of highway is at the expense of losing the former superiority in river transport, etc. Another visible problem is implicit repeated construction which exists in transport construction and also in the other economy field. Causes of the problems were studied in the paper and countermeasures were put forward.
