从浏览器/服务器的交互过程阐述了B/S模式环境信息系统的缺陷,通过JavaScript和XML建立基于异步交互通信过程的环境信息系统富客户端(RIA),将鲁棒的图形用户接口(GUI)和基于浏览器的信息处理系统结合起来,能迅速处理数据并且不需要预装插件、Applet和ActiveX等。对基于异步交互通信过程的环境信息系统的主要功能、设计和实现方法进行了分析,利用VB.NET编程语言开发了某市环境信息系统,很好地实现了高性能应用。

Expatiating the limitation in environmental information system based on B/S model by the interaction process between browser and server, a rich lnternet application environmental information system is established based on asynchronous interaction process by JavaScript and XML technique, combining robust graphical user interface（GUl） and information treatment based on browser together, can treat information rapidly without installing Applet and ActiveX. The main function, design and implement method in environmental information system based on asynchronous interaction process are analyzed, an environmental information system is established by VB.NET and actualized well application.
