二维彩超结合ASMA-FAM技术对扩张型心肌病的综合评价

摘要 目的应用二维彩超结合自动室壁分区运动分析(ASMA)及全方位M型超声心动图(FAM)技术综合评价扩张型心肌病(DCM)。方法二维彩超结合ASMA-FAM技术对38例DCM心脏形态学、室壁运动状态、血流动力学、心功能进行综合评价。结果DCM组心脏呈普遍扩大,室壁运动呈弥漫性减弱,室壁心肌运动分数(FAC)普遍<30%,瓣膜反流发生率高且程度重,早期收缩功能显著降低而舒张功能呈“正常”。结论二维彩超结合ASMA-FAM诊断DCM便捷无创、直观准确、可信度较强、重复性较好,可为临床诊断DCM提供较为可靠的依据。 Objective To Synthetic evaluate dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)by using two dimensional echocardiography and color doppler flow imaping with automated segmental motion analysis ( ASMA ) and free angle model ( FAM ) . Methods 38 cases of DCM were received to Synthetic evaluate by 2DE-CDFI with ASMA-FAM in cardiac morphology,wall motion state,hemodynamics,and cardiac function. Results The heart of DCM were enlarged obviously, the wall motion decreased widely,and the fractions of area changing (FAC)of the cardiac myokinesis were lower 30% generally, and the incident rates of cardiac valvular regurgitation were higher, and it's degree were heavy, and the cardiac function were marked by lower ventricular systolic function and"normal"ventricular diastolic function. Conclusion 2DE-CDFI with ASMA-FAM may prove to be an accurate confidence and noninvasive method for diagnosis of DCM.
