摘要
穿孔为大肠癌晚期严重并发症，临床表现多样，易误诊误治。本文对我院在1978～1994年间，经手术治疗的24例进行回顾性分析，并结合有关文献，对本病的诊断及治疗进行讨论。认为：及早确诊，予恰当的手术处理，是提高本病疗效的关键。
Actue perforation is a severe complication of the advanced colonic cancer. It may exhibit a varieties of clinical symptoms and signs, so it is often misdiagnosed and miscured. We perfrom a review analysis of 24 cases surgery treatment of colonic carcinous perforation in our hospital from 1978 to 1994, and discuss the diagonsis and surgical treatment. We found that early diagnosis and adequently operative treatment is the key to improve effectiveness of surgical management.
