摘要 目的:建立HPLC法测定复方降压素片中利血平的含量。方法:采用C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水(41:59)用高氯酸调节pH至2.15±0.05为流动相,检测波长268nm。结果:利血平在3.84~15.36μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.65%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠。 OBJECT To establish a HPLC method for the determination of reserpine in compound hypotensive tablet. METHODS The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column and mobile phase of acetonitrilewatar ( adjusted pH to 2.15 _ 0.05 with perchloric acid) (41: 59). The detecting wavelength was set at 268 nm. RESULTS There was a good linear range of reserpine between 3.84 - 15.36ug/ml( r =0. 999.6). The average recovery was 99.9% and RSD was 0.65% (n = 9). CONCLUTION This method is simple, accurate and reliable.
