260例慢性乙型肝炎住院患者药物治疗分析

Analysis of the medicine treatment for chronic hepatitis B in 260 inpatient cases

目的:了解本院慢性乙型肝炎住院患者药物治疗的基本情况,评价联合用药的合理性。方法:随机抽查2002年—2006年的住院病历260份,对慢性乙型肝炎药物治疗情况进行调查分析。结果及结论:本院慢性乙型肝炎住院患者药物治疗基本合理,符合亚太肝病学会慢性乙型肝炎治疗指南要求,抗病毒治疗比例(50%)高于我国大陆抗病毒治疗比例(19%),但需规范个体化给药,确保临床用药的安全、有效、合理、经济。

OBJECT To know condition of medicine treatment for chronic hepatitis B in inpatient of our hospital, to evaluate combined rationality of medicine treatment. METHOD Drew out randomly 260 case history in inpatient during 2002-2006, then analyze effect of the medicine treatment in Chronic hepatitis B. RESULT and CONCLUSION The medicine treatment for Chronic hepatitis B in inpatient of our hospital was basically rational, which accords with treatment guidebook of chronic hepatitis B in APASL. The ratio of anti - virus treatment （ 50% ） in our hospital exceeded ratio of Chinese mainland （ 19% ）. To ensure the safety, efficiency,rationality and economy, clinic drugs must be used according to individual.
