新型高压水压数字溢流阀的研究与开发

摘要 针对水压传动存在的技术难点,研发出一种新型结构的高压水压数字溢流阀.详细介绍该数字溢流阀的结构原理以及其单片机控制的接口和程序流程,并在建立其数学模型的基础上进行计算机仿真和实验测试.仿真和实验测试结果表明,新型数字溢流阀的各项技术指标压力超调量、开启率、闭合率、动态响应时间和调压偏差等都满足实际的应用要求. Aimed at the technical challenge in hydraulic transmission with water, a new high-pressure hydraulic digital relief valve was investigated and developed. Its operational principle, structure, interface to the monolithic control computer, and program flow were introduced in detail. Computer simulation and experimental measurement were conducted on the basis of its developed mathematic model. It was shown by their results that its all technical indexes such as the overshoot of pressure, opening rate, closing rate, dynamic response time, deviation of pressure regulation met the requirements of practical application.
