摘要
在体外震波碎石术(ESWL)治疗中,需要用X线透视来判断结石的位置、大小及其粉碎情况,因此使患者受到X射线的照射。本文对在上海某医院接受ESWL治疗的134例肾脏结石患者所 受的体表剂量进行了调查测量。结果表明,患者受到的皮肤剂量当量平均为162mSv;所受剂量的大小与结石的大小与位置等因素有关。
During extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL),the fluoroscopy must be made to show the location and size of the stonethus the patient has to be exposed to X rays.In this paper,the surfacedose to patients during ESWL was measured in an investigation on 134cases of renal lithiasis admitted in a certain hospital of Shanghai.Theresults show that the average skin dose equivalent for these patients was162 mSv and the magnitude of doses was depended upon some factors suchas the size and location of the stone.
