组织机构改革在国有商业银行的新一轮改革前后,其现实性、紧迫性、复杂性有着显著的不同。可以肯定的是,推进扁平化管理,并最终建立起高效率、高效益、富有竞争力和活力的新型组织机构,将成为国有商业银行经营管理持续健康发展的组织基础。
There exited different reality,pressure and complexity before and after a new round of organizational reform of the state-owned commercial banks.But it can be sure that,promoting flat management and setting up the new organizations of being efficient,profitable,competitive and active will become the organizational base for sound development of them.
