摘要
针对发动机缸体铸件内腔及内部通道难清理等特点,提出采用双抛丸机械手、双工位转盘式的缸体抛丸清理系统设计方案,该系统以工控机作上位监控机、PLC作下位实时控制机,实时控制抛丸机械手转速,实现对缸体铸件内腔及内部通道等难清理部位重点强化抛射清理,确保缸体铸件所有要清理的面都能最佳地暴露在弹丸射流下,实现缸体铸件的全自动高效抛丸清理,系统运行稳定可靠、操作简单。
A new shot-blast cleaning approach is proposed for efficient cleaning engine cylinder block castings, especially the internal cavities and intricate passages which are difficult to be handled in the old process, A double shot blast manipulator and a duplex-operation turntable are integrated in the present system, The control unit uses IPC as the host monitoring machine and PLC as the online control machine, By online automatic control of the rotating speed of the manipulator, the internal cavity and passages can be more exposed in the shot blast resulting more efficient cleaning than that in the old system, Tests show that the new system is easy to operate and runs reliably and stably,
