摘要
对ZA27合金进行365℃/3 h的固溶化处理,研究90℃时效对其拉伸性能及阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,固溶态ZA27合金经过90℃、6 h时效后的组织主要由α相和η相层片组织组成,另有少量粒状组织。固溶态合金的拉伸强度和阻尼性能均较低,伸长率较高。时效使合金拉伸强度和阻尼性能先提高后下降;使延伸率先降低后提高。时效6 h后ZA27合金的拉伸强度为401 MPa,伸长率为6.6%,阻尼性能为3.0×10-3。
The ZA27 alloy was solid solution treated at 365 ℃ holding for 3 h and subsequently aged at 90 ℃ holding for different time. The effect of aging at 90℃ on the tensile property and damping capacity of the alloy were investigated. The results show that microstructure of the solid solution alloy is mainly composed of lamellar α phases and η phases, and a small amount of granular structure After aging at 90 13, holding for 6 h, tensile strength and damping capacity of the supersaturated ZA27 alloy are low, while the elongation is high after solid solution treatment. However, after aging the solid solution alloy, tensile strength and damping capacity of the alloy increase greatly at first and then decrease gradually, whereas elongation of the alloy decreases firstly and then increases as the ageing time increases. The tensile strength, elongation and damping capacity of the supersaturated ZA27 alloy are 401 MPa, 6.6% and 3.0 × 10^-3 respectively after aging at 90 13 for 6 hours.
