职业接触无机汞对男(雄)性的生殖危害

A study of the effects of inorganic mercury exposure on male reproductive function of human and animal

摘要 为研究无机汞的男(雄)性生殖毒性,对职业性接触金属汞作业的男工进行了生殖功能流行病学调查,并通过动物实验研究了汞对雄性动物生殖腺的影响。结果显示:职业接触汞男工的性欲减退发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);接汞男工妻子的先兆流产发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);未发现对妊娠结局有明显的影响;未观察到现有接汞水平对子代存有不良影响。汞对雄性动物生殖腺有明显的损伤作用。病理检查可见:染毒组雄鼠睾丸点灶性曲细精管上皮排列紊乱、细胞脱落、成熟精子减少;电镜下可见:高剂量组精子细胞胞浆中脂质颗粒增多,表明精子有退行性改变。因此,汞对男(雄)性生殖危害的作用应进一步研究。 In order to study the reproductive toxicity of inorganic mercury on male,an epidemic investigation on male workers exposed to mercury and experimental study in animals were carried out.The results showed that the rate of decreased libido of male workers in exposure group was significantly higher than that in control one.The prevalance of threatened abortion in male workers wives were significantly higher in exposure group(3.60%) than in control(0.00%)( P <0.05).There was no obvious difference found in pregnancy outcomes between the two groups.The effect of paternal exposure in present levels on offspring had not been seen.Mercury can damage the reproductive glands in male animal.Pathological examination showed that the epithelia of seminiferous tubules were falling off,and mature sperm decreased in number.The electronic microscopic examination showed that the granular lipid residues increased in sperm cells,suggesting their degeneration.Therefore,it is important to further study the harmful effect of mercury on male reproduction.
