对杭州近郊复合型居住区开发的思考

Study on the Composite Residential Development in the Suburb of Hangzhou

近郊复合型居住区的开发是中国城市化过程中出现的新事物。对杭州市城郊土地开发过程中几个正在实施的复合型居住区进行分析和总结。提出在操作过程中应注意协调的若干关系。

The composite residential development is a new thing during the urbanization process in China. The paper analyzes and summarizes some composite residential building cases in the process of suburban area in Hangzhou. It puts forward some issues that should be emphasized during the operation on development process of the suburban composite residential buildings.
