摘要
本文报道了为宫颈癌腔内放射治疗时等剂量分布测量用的女性臀部非均匀组织等效仿真模型的研制。模型由干尸骨和肌肉等效材料组成。采用X射线CT扫描方法调查成人女性盆腔部及下腹部正常器官和组织的CT值,并在相同条件下比较所制等效材料的等效性。结果表明,所制等效材料的电子密度、有效原子序数、密度和CT值与真实肌肉基本一致。经临床应用,模型结构合理,使用方便,能适应各种临床治疗方案的等剂量分布测量。
A nonuniform tissue equivalent anthropomorphic phantomof female hip,which was intended for measuring the isodose distributionsin intracavitary radio therapy of cervical carcinoma,was developed.It wasmade of bone and muscle equivalent materials.CT number of normal organsand tissues in pelvis cavity and lower abdomen of the female were measuredwith CT scanner and compared with those values obtained from home-madephantom under same scan conditions.The electron density effective atomicnumber,mass density and LT number of equivalent muscle were as essenti-ally same as real muscle.The clinical application of this phantom showedthat its construction is reasonable,convenient in use and suitable formeasuring isodose distributions for different programs of intracavitary radiotherapy of cervical carcinoma.
