Microstructures and mechanical properties of pure aluminium joint with electron beam welding

摘要 针对应用越来越广泛的纯铝焊接质量、接头性能及生产率提出的新要求,通过金相分析、力学性能试验,研究了纯铝Al99.60电子束焊接头的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,纯铝焊缝主要是柱状晶,焊缝中心组织为细小的等轴晶;同时,电子束焊接头产生软化现象,其强度有所降低,但塑性得到了提高,综合性能得到了一定程度的改善。 In order to meet the needs of new requirement of the welding quality, joint property and productivity of pure aluminum which foundwidely applications, the microstructures and mechanical properties of electron beam welding joint of pure aluminum Al 99.60 were studied bymeans of metallography analysis and mechanical properties test. The results show that the microstructure of weld is mainly columnar crystals,and the center is fine equiaxed crystal. Moreover, after electron beam welding, the ruckbildung of joint emerged, the strength of welded jointswas decreased, the plasticity was enhanced and the comprehensive performance was improved to a certain content.
