摘要
研究结果表明:当Ce含量为0.01%-0.025%时,钎料的流动性能优于不含稀土时的性能,但是对于Cu-Ag-P钎料钎焊接头强度没有明显影响。CuAg钎料钎焊接头组织为亚共晶,初生相为富Ag和P的α-Cu固溶体,共晶体组分为α-Cu固溶体+Cu3P。与不含稀土CuAgP钎料相比,Ce细化了钎缝组织,是改善钎料填缝性能的主要原因。
The test show that the flowability of Cu-Ag-P brazing filler metal contain cerium is better. Cerium had no apparent effect on the tensile properties of brazed joint. Brazing joint of Cu-Ag-P brazing filler metal is composed of hypoeutectic microstructure. Primary sotidification structure is α-Cu solid solution rich in Ag and P. Eutectic phase is α-Cu solid solution and Cu3P intermetauic compound. Compared with CuAg brazing filler metal with no cerium, Ce fined microstructure, which improve the folwability of Cu-Ag-P the brazing filler metal.
