因为大都市珍贵的历史价值的缘故，城市广场采用富有表现力的明朗化设计，玛思塔广场包括萨尔比德庭院、玛克西米莲庭院和总理府东部广场三部分，整个广场用相互的天然石材错落有致地铺就而成，深色条纹的天然石材使广场和庭院轮廓更加清晰，三处喷泉的设置为整个广场平添了活力和生机，

An urban space with expressive clarity was created to meet the demands of a historic major city. The whole comptex of the Marstallplatz including Salpeter courtyard, Maximilian courtyard and the eastern part of the front court of the residency were paved with a granite in alternating formats.
