Several days ago, while passing through a Double Star chain store, I saw a pair of ＂Morn Shoes＂ of good quality and style, so I bought them for my mother. But I could never have imagined that the designer of this pair of shoes would become my interviewee. She is known as the ＂first female manager＂ for Wang Hai, CEO of Double Star Group and queen of shoes. At the beginning of 2007, she has just won the ＂2006 China Female Personality of the Year Award for entrepreneurship＂ which is also the first big award for Jinan women entrepreneurs in this selection.
