摘要
以含人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)核心抗原p24全部氨基酸序列的重组蛋白pG1免疫小鼠,用免疫脾细胞与SP2/0骨髓瘤细胞融合,成功地建立了5株分泌抗HIVp24单克隆抗体(McAb)的杂交瘤细胞株。经鉴定,这5株McAb与乙肝核心抗原(HBcAg),丙肝C区、NS3区抗原不发生交叉反应,而与重组p24抗原产生特异反应。本组单抗的研制成功为建立检测HIVp24抗原的方法奠定了基础。
Immunizing BALB/c mice with recombinant pG1, the fragment of HIV gag products, we have established five hybridoma cell lines directed against HIV capsid protein p24 with conventional method. Indirect ELISA test demonstrated that they did not have cross reactivity with other viral antigens, such as HBcAg, HCV C, NS3 antigen. They can be applied for the establishment of a test system to detect HIV p24 antigen in serum of patient or blood donor.
