载脂蛋白Ee4等位基因与外伤性颅内血肿体积的关系 被引量:2

Association of APOE e4 and volume of traumatic intracranial hematoma

摘要 目的探讨载脂蛋白Ee4等位基因(APOE e4)与外伤性颅内血肿体积的关系。方法利用聚合酶链式反应—限制性片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP)检测163例脑外伤患者的APOE基因型,分析其中117例颅内血肿患者的等位基因频率分布;比较APOE e4携带者组和非携带者组的颅内血肿体积的差别,结果117例颅内血肿患者有20例(17%)为APOE e4携带者,97例(83%)为非APOE e4携带者。APOE e4在各组之间不存在明显差别(P=0.927,0.955)。APOE e4携带组患者颅内血肿体积[(44.6±7.35)mL]与非携带组[(22.6±1.03)mL]之间存在显著性差异(P= 0.000)。结论携带APOE e4的患者其颅内血肿的体积明显大于非携带APOE e4者,提示APOE e4对颅内血肿体积的增大有促进作用,进而在一定程度上影响颅脑损伤患者的预后。 Objective To examine whether there is an association between apolipoprotein E (APOE) e4 and intracranial hematoma volume in traumatic brain injury. Methods In 163 cases of traumatic brain injury studied prospectively, A POE genotype was determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). The frequencies of the various alleles (A POE e2, e3, and e4) in 117 cases were compared between the various groups using chi-square test. Hematoma volumes in those patients with an A POE e4 were compared with those without A POE e4. Results Of the 117 cases examined,20(17%) were APOE e4 carriers and 97(83%) were non-carriers. Allele frequencies did not differ between the various groups (P=0.927,0.955), There was significant difference in hematoma volume between A POE e4 carriers and non-carriers (P=0.000). Conclusion The hematomas are larger in the APOE e4 carriers than no-carriers, which indicates that APOE e4 does work in increasing the hematoma volume. So, APOE e4 may be a factor influencing the prognosis of the patients with traumatic brain injury.
