特重型颅脑损伤35例临床救治分析

Analysis on the treatment of 35 cases with extremely severe traumatic brain injury

格拉斯哥昏迷评分（Glasgow coma scale，GCS）3-5分的特重型颅脑损伤病人伤情危重，死亡率高。如何提高其救治水平一直是神经外科致力探索的重点之一。我院2001年3月～2006年8月对35例特重型颅脑损伤病人进行去骨瓣减压术治疗，取得了一定效果，现报道如下。
