摘要 研究了时效参数和变形量对Cu-1.15Cr-0.05Zr-0.04B-0.02RE合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明:该合金经950℃固溶1.5 h、50%冷变形后,在470℃时效1.5 h可获得较高的硬度和电导率,分别为104.2 HB和48.76%IACS;并通过扫描电镜、能谱及X射线衍射仪等检测手段,发现时效过程中析出物为单质Cr和Cu5Zr化合物。 The effects of aging and cold deformation on the microstructure and property of Cu-1.15Cr-0.05Zr-0.04B-0.02RE alloy are studied. The results show that the alloy has higher hardness and electrical conductivity, which is 104.2 HB and 48.76% IACS respectively when the alloy was solid solution treated at 950 13 for 1.5 h, 50% deformation and aged at 470 13 for 1.5 h The precipitation after aging is single Cr phase and Cu5Zr compound determined by SEM, EDAX and X-ray diffraction.
