泡沫陶瓷过滤对42CrMo钢中夹杂物的影响 被引量:8

摘要 在42CrMo钢铸件浇注系统中采用氧化锆泡沫陶瓷过滤,对过滤试样与未过滤试样的力学性能进行检测对比,并采用扫描电镜观察、能谱分析等手段进行分析研究。实验结果表明,泡沫陶瓷过滤对42CrMo钢中20μm以下的夹杂物有明显作用,经过滤后试样的伸长率有较大幅度提高。 The molten 42CrMo steel was filtrated by zirconium oxide ceramic foam in the gating system. Mechanical properties of samples with and without filtration were tested and their microstructures were observed with ESEM and EDS. The results show that form ceramic infiltration has a significant effect on the inclusions less than 20 μm in the filtered 420rMo, and the elongation increases obviously.
