软磁铁氧体—生物活性陶瓷复合材料的毒性研究(二)

The study to test the toxicity of the soft-magnetic ferritc coated with the bioactive ceramics

本研究通过溶出试验、溶血试验、细胞毒性试验、全身急性毒性试验以及微核试验等体内外生物学实验,对软磁铁氧体—生物活性陶瓷复合体的毒性进行了初步研究。结果表明:软磁铁氧体、复合体均无毒,不致突变,可进一步检验其生物活性以利临床应用。同时,对细胞毒性试验的检测方法进行了新的探索。

Some tests in vitro and vivo, which included anti-corrode test, haemolysis test, cytotoxicity test, short-term systemic toxicity test and micronuclea test, were used to access the biological properties of the soft -magnetic ferrite coated with bioactive ceramics. The results showed that the ferrite and the compound both were not toxicitic and mulagenic. Meanwhile, we found a new way to test the result of cytotoxicity.
