两种材料充填体与洞壁密合度的比较

The comparasion of marginal sealing between two kinds of restorations and teeth

为了探讨影响充填体与洞壁之间密合度的因素,本实验选择离体牙40颗,分成4组。两组分别采用光固化复合树脂及玻璃离子水门汀充填。另外两组在两种材料充填前采用10％枸橼酸(含3％三氯化铁)进行处理,然后将它们进行比较,结果显示:两种材料充填体与洞壁的密合度有显著性差异,使用枸橼酸组与未使用组有高度显著性差异。

In order to study the factors affecting the marginal sealing between the restorations and the teeth, we selected 40 extracted teeth which were divided into four groups. The curing light resin and glass ionomer cement were used as restorations in two groups respectively. The cavity walls in the other two groups were treated with 10% citric acid,and filled with curing light resin and glass ionomer cement respectively. The results showed that microleakage between the glass ionomer cement and the teeth was significantly larger than that between the light curing resin and teeth. There is significant difference between groups treated with and without citric acid.
