放射免疫法测定正常成人血清纤维凝集素

Detection of fibronectin of normal human by radioimmunoassay

本研究从正常人血浆中提取了纤维凝集素(FN),以此纯品制备抗FN抗体,建立了测定FN的放射免疫方法。应用本方法测定40份正常成人血清标本,结果显示FN正常值在40～100μmol/L的范围之间。从而为深入研究与FN有关疾病的病因学建立了新的测试方法,为确定国人FN的正常水平奠定了基础。

There is important relation between fibronectin(FN) and the development of oral cancers and the other carcinomas. In this study FN were purified from the plasmas of normal human bloods, and the antibody against FN was made. We established the method of detecting FN by radioimmunoassay(RIA) . The result showed that the normal level is 40 - 100fμmol/L. The establishment of this new method could provide a possibility to study deeply the causes of diseases related to FN and make a basis of measuring FN normal level in Chinese.
