摘要
钢琴琴板要求具有优秀的吸收振动的能力,以便消除琴板产生不希望的振动。为此,铸铁琴板要选用高碳当量(CE>4.3%)的化学成分,使之得到粗片状石墨,通过加入微量元素Sn及少量Cu,提高含Mn量,使铸铁金属基体为细片状珠光体,保证琴板有足够的抗拉强度。
