慢性重型肝炎血清甲胎蛋白检测意义 被引量:20

摘要 了解血清甲胎蛋白测定在慢性重型肝炎患者药物治疗疗效、预后判断中的意义,为临床治疗、预后判断提供依据。70例慢性重型肝炎患者在院对其进行血清甲胎蛋白测定,而后观察治疗2月后的患者肝功能等恢复情况。初次血清甲胎蛋白测定浓度大于200μg/L组患者肝功能好转率明显高于(100-200)μg/L组及100μg/L以下组。血清甲胎球蛋白含量高,则其治疗后肝功能好转率高,预后好,反之则差。血清甲胎蛋白测定可作为慢性重型肝炎疗效和预后判断的指标。
