摘要
目的评价低剂量CT(LDCT)在鼻窦常见疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法46例拟诊鼻窦病变患者同时接受常规剂量CT(SDCT)和LDCT检查,管电流分别为240mAs和40mAs,层厚为5mm。分别记录SDCT和LDCT的CT剂量加权指数(CTDIw)。通过SDCT和LDCT图像分别判断病变的部位和性质,并作对比分析(χ2检验)。结果SDCT和LDCT的平均CTDIw值分别为49.7mGy和6.61mGy;LDCT所显示的病变部位与SDCT完全一致,LDCT能对鼻窦常见疾病作出准确诊断,与SDCT相比无统计学差异(χ2=1.33,P>0.05)。结论LDCT能对鼻窦常见疾病作出准确诊断,同时可以大幅度减低射线剂量,临床拟诊鼻窦病变时可以选择LDCT检查。
Objective To evaluate the utility of low - dose CT (LDCT) scanning technique for investigating the diseases of paranasal sinus. Methods Standard dose CT( SDCT 240 mAs) and low - dose CT(40 mAs) scanning were performed in 46 cases with suspected disease of paranasal sinus, thickness =5 mm. CTDIw(eomputed tomography dose index weighted) of LDCT and SDCT was recorded and com- pared. Analysed the location and the kind of the diseases of paranasal sinus through SDCT and LDCT respectively, and a statistical analysis was made with chi - square test. Results Comparing with SDCT, CTDIw of LDCT was reduced sharply(from 49. 7 mGy to 6.61 mGy). LDCT showed the location of diseases as accurately as SDCT. LDCT made the accurate qualitative diagnosis in common diseases of paranasal sinus, and there was no significant difference between SDCT and LDCT(X^2 = 1.33 P〉 0.05 ). Conclusion LDCT can make accurate diagnosis in common disease of paranasal sinus, while the radiation dose reduced sharply so that it should be considered as an optimal imaging method in patients with suspected common disease of paranasal sinus.
