摘要
目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)超声诊断特征,并对PCOS和多囊卵巢形态(PCOM)的区别和联系加以讨论。方法应用超声诊断卵巢多囊改变者73例(PCOS24例,PCOM49例)与正常女性对照组32例作对比分析。结果超声检查PCOS患者及PCOM者的卵巢体积、卵泡个数及卵泡直径与正常对照组比较有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);PCOS患者的卵巢体积、卵泡个数及卵泡直径与正常对照组比较有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);PCOS患者的卵巢体积与PCOM者比较有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),卵泡个数和卵泡直径与PCOM者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声检查PCOS方法简便,图像直观清晰,并可对病程及疗效动态随访观察,结合临床和内分泌检查可对PCOS和PCOM做出准确的鉴别诊断,是一种良好的形态学检查方法。
Objective To investigate the uhrasonographie features of polyeystie ovary syndrome(PCOS)and to discuss the correlation and difference between PCOS and polyeystie ovary morphology(PCOM) . Methods Seventy - three patients who comprised 24 PCOS and 49 PCOM underwent ultrasonography and then the ovarian volume, follicle number and follicle diameter measured by uhrasonography in all patients were compared with those in 32 normal women who were taken as control group. Results The ovarian volume, follicle number and follicle diameter between patient group and control group were statistically significant difference( P 〈0.01 ), the ovarian volume between PCOS and PCOM were statistically significant difference( P 〈0.01 ), the follicle number and follicle diameter between PCOS and PCOM were statistic difference( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Uhrasonography of PCOS is an easy to operate and boasts clear images. It enables doctors to make follow -up observations on the course development as well as therapeutic efficacy so that it is an optimal morphologic- checking method, simultaneously, it can accurately differentiate PCOS from PCOM if it combined with clinic and incretion test.
